When enrollment opens, your card will be collected through secure Stripe checkout. Unless canceled before the trial ends, billing starts automatically at $29/month. The trial does not count toward the six discounted months. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.

Do you prepare or submit our bids?
No. We provide research and bid information. Your business prepares, prices and submits its bids, handles agency communications, and checks the current official documents before acting. We do not represent you to purchasing agencies.
Will every alert be a contract we can win?
No. Matching is based on the services and territory you provide. Agencies determine eligibility and award contracts. We cannot guarantee eligibility, bid volume, completeness of coverage or an award. Alerts are not exclusive.
How do cancellation and billing work?
When subscriptions launch, you can cancel anytime by emailing upstatedealscout@gmail.com from your subscription email or using the billing portal provided with your subscription. Cancel before the 14-day trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. After billing begins, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through your paid period. We confirm email cancellation requests after processing them. Cancellation does not itself request a refund; contact us about billing errors or refund requests. Full checkout terms and a refund policy will be available before enrollment opens.
Who handles customer support?
Our automated project assistant handles routine emails, bid-information questions and cancellation requests. Matters that need owner attention are escalated. Support is not instant or 24/7; a self-service billing portal will also be available when subscriptions launch.

If you email us, we use your contact information, business details, service preferences and correspondence to respond, provide the requested service and manage your account. Communications may be processed by our email, AI-assistance and hosting providers. Do not send sensitive bid materials or payment credentials. This website has no signup form or advertising trackers added by us; the hosting provider may process technical access logs. When billing launches, Stripe will process payment information directly. We do not receive full card numbers through this website. Contact upstatedealscout@gmail.com with access, correction or deletion requests; necessary records may be retained to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.
